I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Troy Augustin, the plumber who attended our home on 3 September to fix a toilet problem. From the outset, Troy provided excellent customer service. He kindly called ahead to let me know he was on his way, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Throughout the visit, Troy was professional, courteous and clearly took great pride in his work. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what he was doing and ensuring I understood the progress being made. His attention to detail, dedication and commitment to doing the job properly were evident throughout. Troy was also very friendly and approachable, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. It was clear that he genuinely cares about both his work and his customers.

I had Janos Wimmer do an annual boiler service for me this morning and he did a fantastic job. My heating was actually broken, and I was expecting to possibly have to rebook my service check for another day, as well as arranging to fix my heating beforehand too. He was brilliant and actually managed to fix my heating as well as carry out his checks! He was a lovely gentleman, very polite and cracked on with the work he needed to do. Very grateful he was able to fix my heating, especially as I was his first job of the day and he ended up staying a bit longer than estimated! Absolutely no complaints from my end, wonderful service. Engineer Vural Aktas from DC group came today to service my Valliant Boiler. Very experienced Engineer and highly skilled. Paid attention to every detail. He is the only Engineer that has been to my residence to carry out the yearly service and spent over 20mins checking the Boiler and inspecting the whole System. I highly recommend him. Janos came ahead of time, being more punctual than ever and provided a great service. He showed me the different parts of the boiler that hadn't been cleaned on previous visits and the part that had a slight leak that required attention. He was very respectful, wearing shoe covers without the need to ask that shows his respect and appreciation of being clean in the customers house.

I called DC group to discuss relocation and installation of a new boiler after being let down several times by a well-known company.
I was given a date and time that was suitable for me, on the day Divyesh and two other guys arrived promptly.
They took their time to complete all the work (which I know was complicated and time consuming) and made sure we were satisfied with the completed work.
They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity.
What I loved was Divyesh, Troy and Varul were all so polite, explained everything they were doing and took on board anything we said.
Divyesh always took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the new boiler; they provided me with all the options available- from repair to replacement.
As a woman, it can be difficult to find someone you can trust, so I'm very pleased to have had such an excellent service.

Horrible experience with this company. They were tasked to do my annual CP12 certificate where they wrongly tagged the CO alarm as fail and marked the expiry date of the alarm as the date of their visit (26/11/2025). As soon as I saw it, I double checked and 1. the alarm is working perfectly fine and 2. Expiry date on it is 01/2035. I contacted them and asked to either evidence what they put on the certificate or correct it. I sent a chaser a week later- they ignored both emails. You've been warned - once something goes wrong you are on your own, this company takes no accountability or responsibility for their work.

My boiler wasn’t working thus had no heating or hot water for 2 days I initially contacted British Gas who came & told me I need a new boiler I then contacted The DC group who came today who not only fixed the problem they went above & beyond to do so . Their initial visit was 2pm they left saying they would attempt to acquire the part needed that afternoon if possible return the same day as I said I was working the following day & they did indeed returning after the normal working day at 18.30 & fixed my boiler. They are professional friendly & would most definitely recommend anyone reading this to use this company I just wish I had found them years ago
Took me a week to get an appointment, engineer came completed repair work, waterflo and boiler service but did not give me a Service Maintenance record or job report until requested, not madatory I know but it is best practice to give/send one following appointment.
1 month later, same issues and boiler not working, took me 3 days of phone calls to secure follow up appointment, engineer was able to fit me in the week after but I was told there would need to be further cleaning and costs (I have since been made aware that it is usual to do a FULL cleaning as part of basic boiler servicing). I had to chase for a follow up appointment (again another week to wait - and still no heating). In my opinion costs should be clearly outlined if not before then upon diagnosis and a more transparent process should be offered. Some companies charge separately for anything beyond a basic service as these guys do so before booking them make sure you know exactly what your money is paying for.
I appreciate it’s a busy time of year but when your family and house is cold you start to lose patience.
Engineer and office manager are nice people so I am giving a fair review but my thoughts are that they are overworked and understaffed for probably their busiest time of year.
I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had a boiler relocation and upgrade job carried out by DC. They were great - they sent out their top engineer to look at the job beforehand so we got all the details right from the start. The job was supposed to take 2 days - there were some complications but the team stayed on late to get it done within the timeframe that they said. All work has been done to a high standard and I'm really happy with the results.
What amazing service from Dee and Troy, beyond helpful and kind, experts and extremely professional. A real credit to The DC Group, if only all engineers were like Dee and Troy, can highly recommend this company and their representatives.

The DC Group recently carried out a long overdue boiler flush at my property. I could not be happier with the service provided. Divyesh and his apprentice were both polite and professional. Divyesh also took the time to explain and show what they were doing as well as how best to look after the system thereafter. Before leaving, Divyesh made sure that all was in order before he left as well as an assurance of aftercare if needed. I would highly recommend.
