  • Clean magnetic filter (where safe to do so)
  • Maintain manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee
  • 10% discount on any future Gas or Plumbing work you may require* (2)

Not included with the "ATAG Essential" boiler service plan

  • Service parts, gaskets, seals & electrodes, if required * (4)
  • Chemical treatment of system water, if required *(5)
  • Locating system leaks
  • Solving circulation issues
  • Power flushing the system
  • Low water pressure Fault
  • Any Items outside of the boiler

*(1) We ask you to call Atag on 0800 680 0100  in the first instance who will log the fault, Mention your plan and request for The DC Group to attend.

*(2) Discount available on quoted labour only (excludes Mains Flush or Powerflush)

*(3) Parts and Labour on behalf on Atag

*(4) Service part kits vary in price based on the boiler model (kits start at @ £50 ex vat)

*(5) Chemical treatment is dependent on the size of the property (each dose is charged from £99 ex vat) Any Faults outside of your boiler ie External pumps, zone valves will be quoted at your discount labour rate
